“I was doing my normal bible studies when God gave me this song.” Those words belong to songwriter and minister, Pastor Augustine (fully named Augustine Aboagye) who gained entry into the UK gospel music space with his timeless 2005 album, “Metumi Aye (I Can Do It)”.

Today, the London-based Ghanaian praise and worship leader released his second single, WORTHY on digital platforms after six months and recruited the services of South Africa’s Kwame Nkrumah to produce the five-minute-long masterpiece inspired by Revelations 5:1-3:

“…Who is worthy to open the scroll and to loosen its seals? And no one in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll, or to look at it.”… (NKJV) “.

In May 2019, he debuted testimony producing “El-Shaddai (God Almighty)”, a song currently making waves on social and traditional media. “Worthy” is a timely sequel to that: it encourages people to glorify God no matter what they are going through in life: ups and downs or twists and turns.

This song is now available for streaming and download on all major music platforms.
